Does an Insulated Door Make Sense in Topeka?
Topeka runs hot and humid in July and drops well below freezing in January, and the garage is usually the least controlled space in the house.

The catch
An insulated door is heavier. Springs and opener both need reassessing rather than reusing, and on the pre-war stock the header comes first.
